Yasemin Ulukartal, the daughter of an industrialist family from Izmir, known to everyone as Yaso, used to spend her summer holidays with her family in their house in Ardıç since her childhood. Built by their grandfathers; "Park Apart Hotel", part of which is a hotel, part of which is a house, and known as Çeşme's first site, formed the cornerstones of Yaso's By The Sea taking its current form. This magnificent site in Ardıç, where you can swim in most beautiful sea of Çeşme and watch the most beautiful sunset, witnessed the best memories of Yasemin Ulukartal's childhood and youth.

Today's Yaso's By The Sea, on the other hand, was the casino of the Park Apart Hotel at that time and was an entertainment venue where the most important artists of Turkey took the stage and where the residents and hotel guests enjoyed their time. Over time, with the closing of the casino and the change in its field of activity, the old casino became the home of the Ulukartal Family. After her work experience in PastaVilla, Paradise Beach, Verde oils, she returned to her main profession, Landscape Architecture. While undertaking the interior and exterior decoration works of the hotels in Cyprus, she opened DCR INTERIORS, the largest decoration store of the island. It brought together furniture, decoration, textile and lighting products from many parts of the world with Cypriots.
Finally, she returned to her home. She decided to channel all her experiences and energy to the house where her childhood memories were spent in Ardıç. Finally, Yaso's By The Sea, consisting of 10 Suites with different concepts, offering luxury and comfort together, and inspired by the lifestyle of the Aegean, have met with Çeşme lovers.
